仕事内容:
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall manage the nursing team of assisted reproduction department, including shift arrangement, task distribution, process supervision and performance assessment.
2. Formulate and optimize nursing workflows, quality control standards and emergency plans for assisted reproduction, supervise implementation to guarantee nursing safety and quality.
3. Conduct professional training for bilingual nurses, improve their clinical skills, language ability and service standard, organize regular professional learning.
4. Coordinate cooperation between nursing team, doctors and embryologists, timely solve nursing problems and improve overall patient treatment experience.
5. Assist department management in nursing quality inspection, risk prevention and control, and participate in optimization of reproductive treatment plans.
6. Communicate with patients in Japanese & Chinese or Japanese & English, handle patient feedback and continuously improve service satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing, valid nurse qualification and professional title certificate, nursing management experience preferred.
2. Fluent in Japanese & Chinese or Japanese & English, able to complete team management and patient communication in bilingual languages.
3. Rich clinical experience in assisted reproduction or obstetrics and gynecology, proficient in nursing operation and quality management system.
4. Strong management, coordination and problem-solving abilities, capable of leading nursing team to complete high-efficiency work.
5.Familiar with national medical regulations and assisted reproduction industry standards, rigorous working attitude and good medical ethics.

業務内容
1. 不妊治療科看護チームの全体運営を担当し、シフト調整、業務割当、フロー監査、人事評価を行う。
2. 不妊治療に関する看護手順、品質基準、緊急時対応マニュアルを作成・改善し、実施状況を管理し看護安全を確保する。
3. バイリンガル看護師へ専門指導・研修を実施し、臨床技術、言語スキル、接遇品質を向上させ、定期勉強会を企画する。
4. 看護・医師・胚培養士チーム間の連携を調整し、業務課題を速やかに解決し、患者診療満足度を向上させる。
5. 部門の看護品質検査、リスク管理を補助し、生殖治療計画の最適化業務に参加する。
6. 日本語・中国語または日本語・英語で患者対応を行い、サービスに関する意見・苦情に対応し満足度改善を図る。
応募資格
1. 看護学学士以上の学歴、看護師免許・専門資格を保有、看護師長経験者優遇。
2. 日本語・中国語または日本語・英語に堪能で、バイリンガルでのチーム管理・患者対応が可能。
3. 不妊治療または産婦人科臨床経験が豊富で、看護業務・品質管理体制に精通。
4. マネジメント力、調整力、課題解決力に優れ、チームを統率し業務を円滑に推進できる。
6.医療法令・不妊治療業界基準を熟知し、厳格な勤務姿勢と高い医療倫理を持つ。
