JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team in Kyoto and help create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with international guests in English and other languages
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Support tour and guest experience operations
- Provide information and guidance to guests
- Assist with various day-to-day operational tasks
No prior tour guide experience is required. Training will be provided.

Required:
- Conversational English ability
- Basic Japanese communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or events
- Additional language skills (Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, etc.)
- Experience working with international guests
勤務時間・曜日:
[Shift Options] - From 2 days a week / From 3 hours a day - Flexible shift system (Submit your availability every 2 weeks) - Weekend-only or Weekday-only schedules are welcome [Example Shifts] - Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM - Full Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour break) *Actual working hours depend on the tour schedule. No mandatory overtime.
