具体的には、
・不良品が発生した場合の海外工場への連絡や品質改善要求(主にメール)
・品質関連文書の作成(試験成績書・納入仕様書・規格書・手順書など、定型のフォーマットがあります)
・関係者との品質に関わる情報連絡(メール、電話など)
・海外工場との品質に関する電話会議(2回程度/1ヶ月、主にマレーシアや中国との会議)
・その他、品質に関わる業務全般
Qualifications
【必須要件】
・営業またはカスタマーサービス等で顧客対応などのご経験がある方
・形あるモノを取り扱っている業界で就業経験がある方
・Word、Excel、PowerPointの基本的な操作ができる方
・英語力(海外とのメール交換や電話会議への参加が問題なく出来る程度)
※海外とのやり取りはメールが中心となります

・協調性のある方
・営業部門など他部署と協力して、製造元の海外工場に対して品質問題を改善していく意欲のある方
