GeeXPlusはドワンゴの子会社で、⽇本のアニメ・コミック・ゲーム領域に特化した外国⼈ユーチューバー・クリエイターを使ったインフルエンサーマーケティングの会社です。 GeeXPlusのバックオフィス部門（Administration Support Department）は、親会社や社内の事業部門と密に連携し、架け橋となり人事・総務・経理・法務などの幅広い実務を通じて組織運営を多角的に支える部門です。法務アシスタントは、親会社法務部との連携や英語契約書の読解および事業部門との契約書に関連した英語コミュニケーション等を幅広い業務を担っていただきます。・各種契約書（定型・非定型、和文・英文）のレビュー支援、契約書の一次チェック・クリエイター契約のレビュー支援、担当者との連携とケアまで・英文契約書の比較・照合・電子署名ツールを用いた締結管理などの契約管理オペレーション・事業部門メンバーとの英語でのコミュニケーション＞契約内容の収集、整理、親会社への連携まで・親会社の法務部との日本語でのコミュニケーションと連携＞レビュー内容についての話し合いや事業部門へ連携、事業部門との仲介など・その他、法務関連に関連した事務業務等ー【About the Job】 GeeXPlus, Inc is a subsidiary of Dwango, specializing in full-service influencer marketing agency representing some of the top English-Speaking influencers. GeexPlus’s Administration Support Department works closely with the parent company and other departments, serving as a bridge that comprehensively supports organizational operations through a wide range of practical functions including HR, general affairs, accounting, and legal…etc As a Legal Assistant, you will primarily handle tasks such as collaborating with the parent company's legal department, reading through English contracts, and providing English communication support related to contracts with business departments and more… ・Assistance with reviewing various types of contracts (standardized and customized, both Japanese and English), including initial contract verification checks ・Assistance with reviewing creator contracts, including coordination and follow-up with relevant PIC ・Comparison and verification of English contracts ・Contract management operations, including signing management using electronic signature tools ・Communication with business department members in English ＞including collecting, organizing, and transmitting contract terms to the parent company’s Legal Department ・Communicating & Collaborating with the parent company’s Legal Department in Japanese ＞including discussion regarding the review findings, coordination with business department and serving as a mediator in between ・Other administrative tasks related to Legal

必須スキル

・語学：＜日本語＞N1以上～ネイティブレベル、＜英語＞ビジネスレベル以上 ※英語力：英文契約書の読み、英語でのコメント等をスムーズに行えるレベルを想定しております。・英語でのコミュニケーションが出来る方（会話・テキスト両方）・PCスキル: Word（校閲機能・スタイル設定）、その他Excel等、中級レベル以上・法務関連（管理部門または法律事務所など）のアドミン、アシスタントの実務経験２年以上・英文契約書のリーディング・翻訳や要約に対応できる方・既に日本在住であり、東京への通勤が可能なこと・自宅にテレワーク可能な通信環境と作業場所があることー・Language skills： <Japanese> N1 or higher ~ Native Japanese <English> Business level or higher ※We expect candidates to be able to read English contracts smoothly and provide comments in English. ※Both Japanese & English, language skill above needed ・Ability to communicate effectively in English (both conversational and written) ・PC skills: Intermediate or above in Word (including proofreading functions and style settings), plus other applications like Excel ・At least 2 years of practical experience in legal related administrative or legal support roles (Corporate legal department, low firms…etc) ・Ability to read, translate, and summarize English contracts ・Already an existing resident in Japan and able to commute to Tokyo ・Stable work environment at home with proper internet connection

・法務知識を保有されている方（法学部卒、ビジネス実務法務検定・パラリーガル等、体系的な法的知識を学ばれた方）・法律事務所での勤務経験・法務・ビジネス文書の実務翻訳経験・英文、和文問わず、契約書の一次チェックの経験がある方ー・Graduates of law schools, certified in business legal affairs or paralegal studies, or those who have systematically studied legal knowledge ・Working experience at a law firm ・Practical translation experience in legal and business documents ・Practical translation experience in legal and business documents ・Experience conducting initial reviews of contracts, in both English and Japanese
