Role description
We are hiring for HR OPS with follwing requirements -
- 2 years of Japan HR experience( HR ops/BP not recruitment)
- Experience supporting Haken/dispatch workforce or staffing firms
- Familiarity with labor law, social insurance, payroll coordination, and employment contracts
- Strong Japanese language capability
- Comfortable working independently as the sole HR resource in-country
- Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
