As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted day-to-day partner for our clients, leading integrated communication projects while helping solve business challenges through creativity.
You will work closely with clients, creative teams, strategists, media specialists, and production partners to deliver impactful campaigns across TV, digital, social, CRM, eCommerce, and activation channels for leading brands in the FMCG, financial services, and airline sectors.
Beyond project delivery, you will play a key role in growing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.

Lead integrated marketing and communication projects from briefing through production and launch.

Translate client business challenges into effective communication and creative solutions.

Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to develop impactful campaigns.

Present recommendations, creative work, and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, profitability, and forecasting.

Lead complex stakeholder management across local, regional, and global teams.

Identify opportunities to grow client business and contribute to new initiatives.

Ensure operational excellence and high-quality delivery across all projects.

5–8 years of experience in account management within an advertising, creative, media, or integrated agency.

Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Commercial awareness, including budget and profitability management.

Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working with regional or global teams is preferred.

Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
