They aim to bring people together not only in Japan, but also globally. Everyone is bilingual, speaking both English and Japanese.
Office in Tokyo. Hybrid working. 2 days a week in office. Full flex-time.

Requirements
- 3+ years in software development in a commercial tech environment.
- 3+ years of experience building backend in product settings.
- You’re extremely comfortable with Go, Python or TypeScript (strong requirement).
- Strong teamwork via collaboration, documentation and public communication
- You've implemented and designed scalable infrastructure running on AWS or GCP
- Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2) - can you interview confidently in Japanese?
- English: Conversational
