JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming guests
- Escorting guests
- Handle the luggage and baggage of the guest with care and safety
- Work with team members to make sure that service is efficient and effective
- Provide exceptional client service by offering personalized and consistent customer care
**As there are multiple departments in rooms, it is not yet decided which position/department you will be assigned to.
QUALIFICATIONS
- English (Mandatory) (It would be even better if you could speak Japanese and Chinese.)
- Passionate about local culture, art, music, food, fashion, and wellness, and a deep understanding of the preferences and behavior of locals who love to travel
- Individuals who have a strong desire to learn about Japanese languages and cultures in Kyoto
- People who value teamwork and are comprehensive
- Students enrolled in a hotel/hospitality school or related college/university
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or an officially recognized equivalent degree approved by the relevant national authority
- Able to provide official documentation confirming that this internship grants academic credit or counts toward graduation requirements
