仕事概要

● 面接プロセスにおいて、シニアコンサルタントのサポートのもと、候補者およびクライアントへのアドバイスを行う ● シニアコンサルタントのコールへの同行・業務を通じた実務習得 ● シニアコンサルタントのサポートのもと、候補者への転職相談・キャリアアドバイスを担当 ※ 各業務にはKPIが設定されていますが、あくまでも目安であり絶対的な基準ではありません。最も重視するのは努力と継続的な成長です。 ● Shadowing senior consultants on calls and learning on the job ● Eventually advising candidates directly on their career choices with the support of a senior consultant ● Advising candidates and clients during interviewing process with the support of a senior consultant Note: KPIs are provided as general benchmarks, not rigid requirements. What matters most is consistent effort and a growth mindset

必須スキル

● 社会人経験 3 年以上（実務経験者を想定。新卒・第二新卒は対象外） ● 個人のお客様向け高単価商材（例：パーソナルトレーニング、美容医療、教育、金融商品等）における契約・クロージング経験 ● 初対面の相手と短期間で信頼関係を構築し、相手の意思決定を後押しした経験 ● 目標（ノルマ・KPI）を継続的に追い、達成してきた経験 ● 3+ years of professional work experience (this is an experienced-hire position, not for new graduates) ● Proven track record of closing high-ticket, consumer-facing contracts (e.g. personal training, aesthetic medicine, education, financial products) ● Experience building rapport quickly with people you're meeting for the first time, and guiding their decision-making ● A track record of consistently owning and hitting sales targets/KPIs

応募概要

給与

基本給月額 30 万円〜35 万円（前職給与・実務経験を考慮のうえ応相談）ボーナスあり（コンサルタント昇格後、歩合制インセンティブを支給。詳細は面談にてご案内） Base Salary JPY 300,000–350,000 / month (negotiable based on prior compensation and workexperience) Bonus Commission-based incentive available upon promotion to Consultant (details shared during the interview process)
