JOB SUMMARY
The Head therapist / Spa Assistant Manager assists the Spa & Wellness Manager in managing the daily operations of the department. The individual is also responsible for supervising and delegating tasks for Receptionist, Attendants and Therapists and provide support in the daily operations.
ヘッドセラピスト/スパアシスタントマネージャーは、スパ＆ウェルネスマネージャーと共に部門の日常業務の管理を支援します。また、レセプション、アテンダント、セラピストの業務監督と業務分担を担当し、日常業務の運営を支援します。
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in any related field is advantage
- Work Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in Hospitality Industry
- At least 2 years' experience as Spa therapist, Spa trainer or Senior therapist.
- Spa Therapy Knowledge is advantage
- Technical Skills: Computer Literate (Microsoft Office and Internet)
- Strong communication skills in both English and local language is of advantage
- Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills

- トリートメントの知識があることが望ましい

- 英語と現地語の両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキルがあればなお良し
