求める人材:
Who We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant (Italian / French / Mediterranean cuisine preffered.)
- Leadership(Food / Hospitality industries) or kitchen management experience
- Able to communicate in English and/or Japanese (Multilingual is a bonus)
- Motivated, punctual and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about teamwork and hospitality
- Ambitious to improve your skills with premium ingredients and wine
勤務時間・曜日:
The Restaurant opens
8pm ~ 4am / Monday - Saturday
- Shift work
- e.g 17:00~ 24:30 *Until last train available
- Work hour is negotiable
- Two days off per week

給与:
Starting at ¥350,000 ~ 450,000/month
*salary dependent on experience and skill

◆ Applicants must already reside in Japan and be able to work in Roppongi, Tokyo.
We can provide visa sponsorship if needed; however, all candidates must be able to visit our restaurant in person for an interview and a skill assessment when requested.
Please note that we are unable to accept applications from individuals currently living overseas unless you already have concrete plans to relocate to Japan independently.
