We are seeking an Application Engineer (Industrial Products) to join the newly established ACE organization, which was formed in April through the integration of multiple product and technical functions. This role will serve as the technical bridge between customers, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful product application, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for industrial products.

Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and support product implementation.

Collaborate with manufacturing sites, technical teams, and sales colleagues to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ranging from simple applications to highly complex technical projects.

Act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.

Participate in regular discussions with global teams across China, Europe, and Germany.

Support customer visits, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and technical presentations.

Travel domestically within Japan to visit customers and manufacturing facilities as required.

Contribute to the development and growth of the newly established ACE organization.
Must Have
-
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or another technical/scientific discipline.

Over 3 years technical background with experience in manufacturing, industrial products, semiconductors, chemicals, materials, or related industries.

Fluent Japanese and Business-level English communication skills.

Customer-facing experience and the ability to work directly with clients.

Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer and factory sites.
Nice to Have

Experience as an Application Engineer, Process Engineer, Product Engineer, Technical Service Engineer, or related role.

Semiconductor, electronics, materials, or industrial manufacturing experience.
