Position Purpose:
Primarily responsible for managing key accounts to promote sales of Pyralux® Flexible Circuit Materials, providing technical solutions to Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) fabricators, primarily in Japan and for Landed Japan Operation (LJO), as well as automotive and industrial-related customers or end users. Identify and develop opportunities within the interconnect solutions market.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborates with relevant teams in Japan and globally for assigned Japan/LJO customers to achieve forecasted growth.
- Monitors demand and establishes appropriate forecasts for key accounts by analyzing market conditions and voice of the customer (VOC).
- Identifies and understands the technology and needs of key FPC fabs, as well as automotive and industrial-related customers or end users.
- Promotes and sells AFT Laminate products using technical knowledge and market insights to meet customer needs in products and applications.
- Manages several aspects of the selling/technical service process.A. Identify potential opportunities and prioritize sales activities to develop new business through networking with key accounts and market trend.B.Communicate with the relevant global teams - business development, product manager, R, quality, and others, to obtain support and drive projects forward.C.Administers sales and technical service policies and programs to achieve sales and profit goals for the territory.
- Manage customer interactions and surrounding relationships, focusing on key accounts in FPC fabs and automotive/industrial sectors.A. Builds and maintains relationships across multifunctional and multilevel positions within customer organizations.B. Ensures awareness of all competitive activities within accounts and related markets to prevent customer attrition.C.Establishes professional, long-term relationships with key influencers across the value chain and leverages these relationships to achieve desired outcomesD.Translates critical technical customer information (needs and values) into opportunities for Qnity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Sales& Marketing field with over 3 years of relevant experience directly connected to the electronics industry, particularly in the Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) area or film-related business, is mandatory.
- Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to understand and address customer needs and issues.
- Experience in commercializing, introducing and selling new products.
- Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other communication tools).
- Team cooperative mind with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to converse, read, and write effectively.
- Travel up to 50%
