The Integration Lead serves as the strategic and operational bridge between business priorities, enterprise platforms, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of data, systems, and digital capabilities across the Coca-Cola ecosystem. This includes the deployment, support, and adoption of global products and tools, as well as delivery of Operating Unit (OU)-specific regional/local digital products, ensuring both enterprise-wide consistency and responsiveness to local market needs.
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end integration strategy, execution governance, and operational alignment across enterprise initiatives, enabling scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions that accelerate business value realization. The Integration Lead partners closely with global product teams, operating units, bottlers, and technology stakeholders to simplify complexity, standardize integration patterns, improve data flow and system connectivity, and ensure successful adoption of enterprise capabilities.
The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, technical fluency, and the ability to translate business transformation priorities into scalable integration solutions that support Coca-Cola’s digital-first, AI-enabled operating model.
Lead the deployment, support, and adoption of both global products and tools and OU-specific local/regional digital products, ensuring integration priorities reflect enterprise standards as well as unique local market needs.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architecture teams, product owners, and delivery teams to align integration priorities with enterprise objectives.
Drive integration planning, dependency management, and execution governance across multiple platforms, systems, and data domains.
Define and implement integration standards, governance models, APIs, and best practices to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities to ensure successful deployment, testing, cutover, and stabilization of integrated solutions.
Communication & Influence
Influences senior business and digital leaders on integration strategy, prioritization, governance, and execution decisions.
Facilitates alignment across product teams, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, vendors, and operating units.
Leads executive-level discussions related to program dependencies, delivery risks, integration readiness, and operational impacts.
A highly collaborative and execution-oriented leader with deep experience managing enterprise integrations, cross-functional transformation programs, and complex stakeholder ecosystems. Combines strategic thinking with operational rigor to simplify complexity, accelerate delivery, and enable scalable digital transformation across global organizations.
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive outcomes across business and technology domains while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications
10–15+ years of experience in enterprise integration, digital transformation, technology delivery, program management, or related leadership roles within complex global organizations.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, middleware, cloud integration, data flows, and system interoperability principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, governance processes, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs.
