【概要】
社員ライフサイクル管理、人事・給与関連業務、福利厚生関連業務、および社員データ管理を通じて、HRオペレーション業務をサポートいただきます。社員、マネージャー、社内ステークホルダー、および外部ベンダーに対する一次窓口として、コンプライアンスを遵守しながら、正確かつ効率的な業務運営と継続的なプロセス改善に貢献していただきます。
