JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Campus Recruitment Associate in the Global Campus Recruiting Team, you will partner with the Japan Campus Recruiting team to support the delivery of campus recruiting programs and hiring initiatives across Japan. Working closely with recruiters, business stakeholders, program management teams, and HR partners, you will contribute to recruitment strategy execution, candidate engagement, interview processes, recruitment events, and internship program delivery. In addition, you will provide support for broader APAC recruiting initiatives and participate in local and global projects.
Job Responsibilities

Partner with the Japan Campus Recruiting team to attract top talent for the firm's Early Careers programs and internship opportunities.

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, hiring managers, program management teams, and HR partners to support recruiting objectives.

Manage and coordinate recruiting activities throughout the hiring lifecycle, including candidate attraction, assessment, selection, and offer processes.

Coordinate interview logistics and assessment events, including Super Days, assessment centers, interview scheduling, interviewer preparation, and candidate communications.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support campus engagement initiatives and build relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners.

Plan and execute recruiting events, information sessions, networking opportunities, and other talent attraction initiatives.

Support the management and delivery of the Summer Analyst Program, including onboarding, orientation activities, learning and development opportunities, and intern engagement.

Partner with business stakeholders and program management teams to support intern evaluations and full-time conversion decisions.

Support the planning and execution of graduate onboarding and orientation programs in Japan.

Contribute to recruiting reporting, process improvement initiatives, compliance activities, and broader regional or global talent acquisition projects.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, program management, or related experience.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating complex recruitment processes and events.

Knowledge of the student market and higher education landscape in Japan.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualification Addition

Experience supporting high-volume interview processes, assessment centers, recruitment events, or internship programs.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

Familiarity with recruiting across multiple businesses or functions within a large organization.

Familiarity with APAC recruitment practices and regional collaboration.
