仕事内容：
バイオ医薬品の分析・物性研究者として、以下の業務を担っていただく。
・バイオ医薬品の分析法開発および物性・品質評価に関する研究
・プロセス開発における分析観点での課題解決および新規分析技術の開発・高度化
・開発プロジェクトにおける分析技術起点の活動のリード
・承認申請・当局対応に関する分析業務および申請書作成

Biopharmaceuticals are becoming increasingly diverse and complex, and the role of analytical technologies in process development and quality evaluation is increasingly important.
To support this trend, we need scientists who can not only conduct analytical work, but also take a broader view of projects, contribute to solve the issue in terms of project development, and help achieve both high quality and efficient development.
We are therefore seeking individuals who can contribute beyond analytical execution and play an active role in driving project progress.
Description of work:
As a scientist in biopharmaceutical analysis, you will be responsible for:
・Developing analytical methods and conducting characterization and quality evaluation of biopharmaceuticals
・Applying analytical expertise to address challenges in process development and to advance analytical technologies
・Leading analytical activities in development projects
・Supporting regulatory submissions, including preparation of documents and interactions with regulatory authorities

必須資格(TOEIC含)：
・薬学、理学、工学、理工、農学、医学系修士卒以上
・TOEIC730点以上若しくは相当する英語力

Desired experience :
・Experience in analytical research related to biopharmaceuticals
・Experience in analytical method development, physicochemical characterization, and quality evaluation
・Experience working independently within a project or research context
(Preferred)
・Experience in regulatory submissions or interactions with regulatory authorities
・Experience in solving technical challenges or developing analytical technologies
・Experience working across functions or leading projects
Desired skills/knowledge/abilities :
・Expertise in biopharmaceutical analysis
・Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and drive solutions to technical challenges
・Analytical thinking skills for data evaluation, interpretation, and drawing logical conclusions
・Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
・Ability to explore, and apply novel technologies to research and development

Desired Qualification：
・Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific field (e.g., pharmaceutical sciences, science, engineering, agriculture, or medicine)
・English proficiency sufficient for reading scientific literature and conducting business communications (TOEIC score of approximately 730 or equivalent)
