職務内容
- 半導体部材向けセラミックス材料のプラズマ評価
- プラズマ計測技術の開発
- プラズマと材料との反応の解析、およびプラズマ耐性をもつ材料開発
- 技術文書作成や米国親会社への報告、学会やセミナーへの参加などアカデミックな活動もあり
- 客先や国内グループ拠点への訪問
- プラズマ評価、計測、およびプラズマと関連する材料開発を含む試験研究開発を行って頂きます。
- 基礎的な研究から新規材料の開発、さらにプロトタイプの作製を行い、客先への評価品提出といった材料開発の一連の流れが業務に含まれます。ユーザーの評価を受ける場面もあり、研究開発職の醍醐味を味わえる業務です。
必要条件
- プラズマ物理またはプラズマ工学に関連する分野でエンジニアまたは研究開発の業務経験３年以上
- プラズマ材料科学に関連する分野でエンジニアまたは研究開発の業務経験３年以上
