Who you are:
We are looking for a highly collaborative professional who:
- Manages and Evolves: Is an experienced engineer capable of owning the technical health and strategic evolution of our Amazon EKS platform.
- Designs for Scalability: Transforms intricate infrastructure into simplified, well-defined, and self-service building blocks for the broader team.
- Drives Quality: Acts as a champion for robust operational practices, including advanced testing, smooth rollout strategies, and ensuring production readiness across all services.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of production SRE/Platform/Infrastructure experience.
- Proven ability to run and scale Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) effectively in a production setting.
- Comprehensive AWS knowledge (networking, data services, compute, etc.).
- Skilled in automation via Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ideally with Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Mastery of observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing, SLOs).
- Strong background in computer science, including algorithms and software design.
- Hands-on coding experience in languages like Go, Python, or Java.
- Fluency in English or Japanese.
