日本におけるエアバスグループの内、そのヘリコプター事業部門であるエアバス・ヘリコプターズ・ジャパン株式会社の整備拠点である神戸空港事業所の総務・人事において、HRゼネラリストとしてご活躍いただきます。チームメンバーと強固に協同しながら、人事体制の強化、社員の成長支援、そしてエンゲージメントやWell-being(ウェルビーイング)の向上を推進し、組織と人のポテンシャルを最大限に引き出す重要なポジションです。

Essential / 必須
- 事業会社での人事実務経験(上記1から4のうち1つ以上の実務経験2年以上) Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a corporate environment, covering at least one of the core areas specified in items 1 to 4 above.
- 特定の人事領域(採用だけ、労務だけ等)にとどまらず、将来的には人事全般の知識を身につけ、HRゼネラリスト/マネージャーとして活躍したいという意欲のある方 Strong motivation and desire to expand expertise beyond a single HR function (e.g., recruitment only or labor relations only) and grow into an HR Generalist or Manager capable of overseeing all aspects of HR operations in the future.
- 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate smoothly and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- 英語力(TOEIC800点相当)海外経験あれば尚可 English language skills (equivalent to 800 TOEIC points), overseas experience a plus
- 大卒以上 University graduate or above
- 多文化環境への理解と機敏性(Agility)をもった対応能力 Ability to understand and respond with agility in a multicultural environment

- チームマネジメント経験 Experience in managing teams
- ストレス耐性:プレッシャー下でのマルチタスクをon timeに遂行する能 Stress tolerance: ability to multitask on time and under pressure
- 円滑なコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力 Smooth communication and presentation skills
- Google WorkspaceもしくはMicrosoft office操作に関する知識 Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- 多文化環境への理解と機敏性(Agility)をもった対応能力 Ability to understand and respond with agility in a multicultural environment
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験 Experience in project management
- 人事・総務関連業務(人事・労務(含む勤怠)・法務・総務)の内2つ程度以上の分野で合計1020年程度の経験、特に人事制度策定や労使対応経験者尚可 A total of 1020 years' experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources and administration-related work (human resources, labour affairs (including attendance), legal affairs and administration), with particular experience in the formulation of human resources systems and labour-management relations being a plus
- 製造業での人事経験 HR experience in the manufacturing industry
- HRBPとしての実務経験 Work experience as an HRBP
- 人事・総務関係費用の予実管理経験 Experience in forecasting and managing HR and administration related costs
- 業務委託業者との折衝経験 Experience negotiating with outsourced contractors
- 労働法(労働基準法における賃金支払い、勤務に関する36協定等)の知識 Knowledge of labour laws (e.g., payment of wages under the Labour Standards Act, 36 agreements on work, etc.)
- 英語力(TOEIC80050点相当)海外経験あれば尚可 English language skills (equivalent to 80050 TOEIC points), overseas experience a plus
- 施設・環境保全に関する経験 Experience in facilities and environmental protection
