・3+ years of software engineering experience.
・2+ years with a backend/product engineering background.
・Comfortable with Go or Rust, a big plus is the ability to optimize systems by using AI to improve performance.
・Happy working in a startup or rapid growth environment.
・Experience building scalable production systems.
・Strong collaboration skills.
Required Development Language:
Backend: Go
Frontend: TypeScript (Next.js, Vite)
Infra: AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), Terraform/OpenTofu
Database: PostgreSQL
Development Tools: GitHub, Figma, Lucid
Communication Tools: Slack, Confluence
