仕事内容:
We seek an Import / Export Coordinator for a UK FMCG Brand to the Japan market.
The role is typically 20-25 hours / month, and there is scope to expand out to other projects and clients within our organisation as needed.
The candidate is expected to have excellent written and verbal ability in Japanese and English with a keen understanding import / export rules and regulations into the Japan market.
Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with UK-based client to ensure coordination of all import activities related to their brand in Japan.
Translate materials between Japanese and English.
Coordinate amongst various stakeholders between the UK client and their partners in Japan
Coordinate brand design with vendors as needed
Knowledge/Skills
Native or Native-level written and spoken Japanese and English.
Ability to work remotely.
Good communication skills and ability to translate to / from Japanese
Keen understanding of business culture differences between Japan and the UK
Work hours are flexible and will be on an as-needed basis
This is a monthly project at a rate of £400 / month for average 20-25 hours; hours can vary, some months are busy and some are very quiet.
