Staff are eligible for a contract resigning bonus based on attendance and performance reviews after one year of employment.
Standard working hours are 10:00?18:00, though schedules may occasionally adjust depending on the day’s assignments (for example, 9:00?17:00 for morning school visits or lesson observations).
Travel time exceeding 90 minutes for work-related assignments will be compensated as paid working time.

About the Role
This is a full-time position as a Native Coordinator. You’ll work closely with fellow coordinators and Japanese sales staff to ensure the smooth scheduling of kindergarten classes, as well as training teachers and contributing to internal team projects.
Ideal for experienced teachers who want to take on more responsibility and have an interest in working in a Japanese office setting.
【Key Responsibilities】
Recruit, train, and mentor part-time English teachers for kindergarten visits
Observe classes and track instructor performance
Handle scheduling, admin duties, and on-call teacher support
Teach some kindergarten courses to become an expert in ECC kindergarten curriculum
Participate in team planning and project development
Collaborate with Japanese sales staff to provide excellent service to clients

We’re looking for someone who is:
Proactive and adaptable in a professional team-based environment Comfortable communicating in both English and basic Japanese
Highly organized with attention to detail
Skilled in multitasking and balancing office work with teaching
Experienced in early childhood or ESL education (preferred)
Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Residing in Osaka or the greater Kansai area, with a reasonable commute to Minami-Morimachi
