Senior Electrical Engineer provides technical leadership and direction to onsite multi-skilled teams and vendors, specializing in the management of critical high-voltage, self-generation, and power storage systems. This role ensures strict adherence to safety and operational protocols while serving as the primary escalation point for electrical failures to guarantee infrastructure reliability and the achievement of all client KPIs.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Industrial Engineering, or Building Services from an accredited institution.

At least 5 years of technical project management experience, specifically within mission-critical or data center environments.

Deep knowledge of power distribution, UPS, generators, and redundancy configurations (N, N+1, 2N), including site due diligence and design development.

Must hold a Chief Electrical Engineer license or equivalent, with a proven ability to manage contractors according to JIS, IEEE, and local technical standards.
