Security Manager is responsible for developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies while overseeing the optimization of critical infrastructure, including biometric systems, surveillance, and fire suppression. You will lead risk assessments and incident response efforts, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and the seamless integration of physical and cybersecurity protocols.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field; industry-recognized credentials (e.g., CISSP, CPP, or CISM) are highly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in data center or physical security, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing high-performing security teams.

Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, physical security systems, and environmental controls, paired with a solid understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity.

Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure in mission-critical environments (Cloud/Hybrid) while ensuring compliance with regulations like ISO 27001.

Advanced analytical skills for vulnerability mitigation and the ability to remain on-call for emergency response and on-site incident management.
