Do you enjoy meeting new people, exploring Tokyo's nightlife, and sharing great experiences with international visitors?
We are looking for outgoing, confident team members to introduce overseas guests to one of Tokyo's premier nightlife venues.
This role is ideal for people who naturally enjoy socializing, have a positive attitude, and feel comfortable engaging with international guests in lively environments.
◎ What You'll Do
- Visit popular nightlife areas such as Roppongi, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza
- Meet and chat with international visitors at bars and entertainment spots
- Introduce yourself and recommend our venue and events
- Build friendly relationships with tourists and expats
- Guide interested guests to the venue
- Represent our brand as a professional nightlife ambassador
No aggressive sales tactics or street solicitation.
The key to success is simple: be friendly, genuine, and create a memorable experience.

- ¥2,000 per hour + commission
- Commission paid for guests you successfully introduce

求める人材:
◎Who We're Looking For
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Friendly, energetic, and confident in social situations
- Comfortable visiting bars and nightlife venues
- Interested in entertainment, hospitality, or international culture
- English communication skills required
- Additional languages are a plus
No Japanese language ability required.
People with experience in customer service, hospitality, events, promotions, modeling, dance, entertainment, or nightlife are especially encouraged to apply.
◎Visa Requirements
Applicants must currently reside in Japan and hold one of the following:
- Japanese nationality
- Permanent Resident visa
- Long-Term Resident visa
- Spouse visa
Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from:
- Student visa holders
- Working Holiday visa holders
- Tourist visas
勤務時間・曜日:
- 3 hours per shift
- Minimum 3 days per week (more shifts available if you want)
- Mainly evening (e.g 7pm - 10pm )
- Monday to Friday
