製造オペレ-タ- / Manufacturing Operator
Our Team
同社にて,コネクタ-製造オペレ-タ-に携わっていただきます。具体的には,組立工程,めっき工程,プレス工程,成形工程のいずれかへの配属となります。
What You Will Do
• 組立工程,プレス工程,成形工程の設備オペレ-ション(通常メンテナンス,材料投入•交換,停止時復旧作業,等)
- めっきラインでの材料交換業務 / 薬品補充業務,ライン保全及び生産プレス品の検査測定業務,等
• 生産性向上の為の設備改善•試作(新製品 / 既存品改善)等
- 自工程 / 他工程との情報の共有
- PC 作業( Sharepoint ／メ-ル／ Teams 等)の業務になります。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- コミュニケ-ション能力
- 日本語:口頭での日常会話が可能なレベル
日本語の読み書きを入社後に学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎

- 改善活動や改善プロジェクトに携わった経験のある方
- キャリアアップを目指したい方
- 製造設備のオペレ-ション経験をお持ちの方
• 組立工程における機械班•エンジニア,としての経験
• めっき工程に配属される場合は,毒劇物取扱者,危険物取扱者,•公害防止管理者 / 水質を保持されている方が優先されます。
英語の読み書きを入社後に学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。
会社から英語学習(通信教育•オンライン英会話等)のサポ-トも有ります。
