Are you an American ready for a massive career adventure? Do you want to dive deep into Japanese culture, master the art of experience design in Osaka, and then lead the launch of BUB’s brand-new location in Hawaii starting January next year?
At BUB, our mission is to go "Beyond Unseen Borders." We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Global Experience Producer who will help us bridge Japanese tradition with international guests, and eventually drive our business development, travel/tourism operations, and tour creation in Hawaii.
We provide Visa Sponsorship for your stay in Japan, giving you a unique opportunity to build a global career starting from Osaka and expanding to the US!
【The Journey Ahead】
- Phase 1: Deep Dive in Osaka (Now until December)
- Gain hands-on experience as a Producer, guiding international guests through traditional Japanese activities (like knife-sharpening and craftsmanship).
- Master the BUB culture, understand our operations, and cultivate deep intercultural understanding.
- Phase 2: Launch BUB Hawaii (Starting January next year)
- Relocate to Hawaii as a founding member of our new US branch.
- Spearhead new business development, create innovative tours, manage travel/tourism operations, and build the local BUB community from scratch.

求める人材:
【MUST】
- US Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the US (Essential for the Hawaii relocation next January).
- Native or professional English proficiency.
- High energy, proactive mindset, and a strong desire to take on new, unpredictable challenges (Startup/Growth mindset).
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on cross-cultural understanding.
【WANT】
- Japanese language skills are a huge plus (Conversational to Business level), but passion for learning is what matters most!
- Experience or strong interest in the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Planning industries.
- "Ownership" mentality—someone who loves creating systems and taking the lead rather than just following a manual.
勤務時間・曜日:
10:00-19:00
Tuesday and Saturaday off (might be switched to Shift schedule soon)
休暇・休日:
- Shift system (Full-time position / Open to flexibility during the setup phase)
- Since we are building a new business, we value efficiency, but passion and adaptability to shifting schedules are required!

- From January next year: Hawaii, USA (New Branch Office)

給与:
固定残業代あり：月給￥240,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥30,300（20時間相当分）を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
