主な業務内容
売上、原価、経費、設備投資などKPIのトレンド分析・リスク把握
P&L、キャッシュフロー、ワーキングキャピタル（特に在庫・仕入れ）およびCapexの管理
中期計画・予算策定・財務予測のサポート
月次決算の会計チームサポート
実績・予測・予算のデータをHyperion・Excelにて入力・管理

Be the Financial Backbone Behind Product, Inventory & Growth
Up to ¥6M / Excel + Hyperion / Cash Flow & COGS Control
As part of a high-impact Controlling team overseeing full P&L for three brands and one factory, you’ll play a key role in planning, forecasting, and inventory/cost control. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid finance foundation and strong data management skills.
Responsibilities
Analyze KPIs including revenue, COGS, expenses, and CapEx
Monitor P&L, cash flow, working capital (especially stock & purchasing), and CapEx
Support mid-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Work with the Accounting team during month-end closing
Upload data to Hyperion and manage financial reporting via Excel

Requirements
University degree or higher
3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles
Interest or experience in manufacturing, inventory, and COGS
Experience working in a global company with modern systems
Business-level English & native-level Japanese
Advanced Excel skills; SAP & Hyperion a strong plus
Strong data management, communication, and analytical ability
Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
