Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure high-caliber candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and networking channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical business functions.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment recommendations.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate feedback processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
- Agency/headhunter recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Language Requirements
- Native or business-level Japanese.
- Business-level English preferred to support regional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Knowledge of Japan employment practices and labor legislation.
- Experience recruiting technical and operational roles.
