Bring your curiosity to work as our next Human Resources Manager. You will be part of our Product Company (PC) Leadership Team reporting to the General Manager, PC. In this role, your mission is to foster a high-performing and inclusive culture, attract and develop talent, and create an outstanding employee experience that supports sustainable business growth. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the General Manager and the Product Company leadership team.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and sustainable growth.
- Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Coach and support leaders on people management, employee relations, and organizational development matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and key HR processes such as compensation reviews and performance management.
- 10 years in HR with the majority of that time spent in a leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing organization.
- Business-driven mindset and the ability to connect HR initiatives to business projects and priorities.
- Experience as a change agent, with the ability to drive and influence culture change across leadership teams and the wider organization.
- Experience working in an international, matrix organization, navigating complex business and HR environments.
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese language skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and practical experience applying employment law.
- Experience supporting and delivering culture change projects.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to build trusted and fair relationships, manage ambiguity and complexity, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong people leadership, communication, project management, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
