Exabeam is seeking a Country Manager to lead our Japan business. This role will own the Japan revenue plan, lead a team of Enterprise Sales Managers, and drive growth across new business, expansion, partner-led opportunities, and strategic customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise software sales leader with a strong track record in Japan, deep knowledge of the cybersecurity or adjacent software market, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and global stakeholders.
Native-level Japanese fluency and strong English business communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Own and execute the Japan revenue plan, including new business, expansion, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy.
Build trusted relationships with senior customer executives, including CISOs, CIOs, procurement leaders, and security operations leaders.
Develop and execute a partner-led growth strategy with Japanese resellers, systems integrators, MSSPs, and technology partners.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, Support, and Partner teams to improve execution and customer outcomes.
Experience selling cybersecurity, security operations, SIEM, MDR/XDR, cloud security, infrastructure software, or adjacent enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of the Japanese enterprise market, including buying behavior, procurement processes, business etiquette, and partner-led sales motions.
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, negotiate complex deals, inspect pipeline, coach teams, and deliver consistent forecast accuracy.
