Bilingual Project Manager (AIC-159)
◆about the project
The customer is implementing a comprehensive end-to-end Training Management System designed to optimize every stage of the training lifecycle. The project involves coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
In addition to supporting the training management initiative, this role may also be required to contribute to the customer's MRO development project, particularly in the areas of reporting and workflow enhancements.
◆Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across projects in the airline domain.
Engage with Japanese stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Translate airline business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for BA workstreams.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and UAT sessions.
Support change management, training, and documentation efforts.
Ensure traceability of requirements through delivery and testing.
◆Required
Proficiency in Japanese (Native) and English.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Ability to work across onsite/offshore teams and manage cross-cultural communication.
◆Nice to have
- Experience in Airline domain.
- Deep understanding of airline systems (e.g., PSS, GDS, NDC, Ticketing, Fares)
