このポジションでは、ABBの標準プロセス、品質基準、および安全ガイドラインに従い、比較的低～中程度の複雑さのサービス業務を実施します。日々、お客様先での作業を「First Time Right（一度で正しく完了する）」の考え方に基づいて計画・実行し、迅速かつ丁寧な対応を行います。
所属先は ABB モーションサービス事業部、勤務地は東京都品川区 です。

サービス対象製品に関するフィールドサービス業務を実施し、リモートまたは現地で技術的な問題の調査・分析を行う。

サービス作業に必要な資材・部品・機器のリストを作成し、必要なものが適切な品質で揃っていることを確認する。

設備やプロセスの故障・不具合をトラブルシューティングし、再発防止のための是正措置を提案・実施する。

機械または電気製品に関する3年以上の実務経験（必須）

モーター（Motor） および インバータ（Inverter） に関する知識を有すること（歓迎）

高専、大学卒業。機械工学または電気工学専攻（必須）

日本語能力試験1級レベルの日本語（必須）

初級レベルの英語（読み書き）

日本の運転免許（必須）

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.
This role is contributing to the Motion Service in Tokyo, Japan.
You will be mainly accountable for:

At least 3 years of practical experience with machinery or electrical products.

Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.

Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.

Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
Qualifications for the role
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Motion or related fileds

Possess an enhanced knowledge of Motor and Inveter.

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

JLPT N1 Level in Japanese.
