Job Description
Your role will be to help children enjoy learning English and develop their communication skills through fun, engaging, and interactive lessons.
You will mainly work with elementary school students and have the opportunity to support their growth and confidence through English.
With the option to work from just one day per week and two lessons (90 minutes) per day, this position offers a flexible schedule that can fit your lifestyle.
Main Responsibilities
- Teach fun and engaging English conversation lessons for children
- Support students in developing their English communication skills
- Monitor students’ learning progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Prepare teaching materials and assist with lesson planning and classroom activities
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children through communication and interaction

Experience & Qualifications
- No experience necessary — beginners are welcome!
- Previous experience as an English teacher or in an education-related role is a plus
- English-language qualifications such as EIKEN, TOEIC, or TOEFL are a plus
- Teaching or English education-related qualifications are a plus
- Applicants who can communicate confidently in English are welcome

Working Hours
We offer flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle!
You can start from just one day per week and two lessons (90 minutes) per day, with shifts available between 2:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
【2:00 PM–6:00 PM】After-School Classes
These fun and engaging classes are mainly for elementary school students. Through English activities and interactive learning, we help children enjoy and become familiar with the English language.
【3:00 PM–6:00 PM】Private Lessons
One-on-one English conversation lessons, with each lesson lasting 45 minutes. Private lessons are held in a separate classroom from the after-school classes.
【6:00 PM–8:30 PM】English Learning Support Classes
Support students, mainly junior high and high school students, with their English studies.
★ Work from as little as two lessons (90 minutes) per day
★ Flexible working hours available between 2:00 PM and 8:30 PM
★ After-school classes and private lessons are held in separate rooms
★ Great for students, parents and caregivers, or anyone looking for a flexible part-time or side job
