中外TOP I 2030／CHUGAI DIGITAL VISION 2030の実現に向け、DX・AI戦略を個別のIT施策で終わらせず、事業価値を生み出す「価値創出の中核機能」へと高度化することが求められています。
そこで、戦略設計と実行を統合し、デジタルポートフォリオと連携しながら、デジタルトランスフォーメーションユニットや全社を対象としたビジネスデマンドの取りまとめ～優先順位付け～実施計画・施策策定～全社発信・現場への落とし込みまでを一気通貫でリードする人財を1名増員募集します。
業務内容：
1. ビジネスデマンドを基にしたデジタルトランスフォーメーションユニットおよび全社DX施策への反映
?デジタルトランスフォーメーションユニット内各部（ビジネスアーキテクト、プロダクトマネージャー）及びビジネス部門と連携し、収集したビジネスデマンドを基に戦略へ落とし込む
?目標・優先度を明確化し、DXU全体および全社を対象とした実施計画・施策として具体化する
2. デジタル戦略×デジタルポートフォリオ連携
?別途実施しているデジタルポートフォリオ管理と“対”になり（投資・リソース配分の紐付けと優先度づけを前提として）、戦略側の窓口・対応者として、DXUとしての具体的な実行計画・手段・KPIを策定する
3. 全社DX最優先施策の推進やAIを前提としたビジネスプロセス再構築（AI-BPR）の推進・拡大
?全社DX最優先施策やAIを前提としたビジネスプロセス再構築（AI-BPR）について、全体最適化施策も含めた計画を具体化し、さらに推進・加速させる
?従来の取り組みに加えて、ビジネス起点の新たな付加価値創出をビジネス部門と一体となって検討・推進する

?策定した計画の実行をモニタリングし、継続的な改善を推進する
5. DXU内推進・全社発信・仕組みの落とし込み
?決定内容や途中経過を適宜共有・発信し、デジタルトランスフォーメーションユニット内・各ビジネス部門と共通認識を醸成する

To realize Chugai TOP I 2030 / CHUGAI DIGITAL VISION 2030, we must elevate our DX and AI strategy beyond individual IT projects into a core value-creating function that generates business value.
We are therefore seeking to add one position to lead?end to end?the integration of strategy design and execution: collaborate with the digital portfolio, consolidating business demand across the Digital Transformation Unit and the entire company, prioritizing it, formulating implementation plans and initiatives, driving company-wide communication, and embedding them in the business.
Description of work :
1. Translating business demand into Digital Transformation Unit priorities and enterprise-wide DX initiatives
? Collaborate with departments within the Digital Transformation Unit (Business Architects, Product Managers) and business functions to translate collected business demand into strategy
? Defining clear objectives and priorities, and formulating them into implementation plans and initiatives across the Digital Transformation Unit (DXU) and the enterprise.
2. Linking Digital Strategy and Digital Portfolio
? Work in tandem with the separately conducted digital portfolio management (premised on linking investment/resource allocation and prioritization), and as the strategy-side point of contact, formulate concrete execution plans, means, and KPIs for the DXU
3.Driving the company’s highest-priority DX initiatives and advancing the adoption and scaling of AI-driven Business Process Reengineering (AI-BPR).
? Driving the formulation, execution, and acceleration of enterprise-wide plans and optimization initiatives for the company’s highest-priority DX programs and AI-driven Business Process Reengineering (AI-BPR).
? In addition to existing initiatives, partnering closely with business functions to identify, develop, and drive new business-driven value creation opportunities.
4. Driving Cross-Functional Initiatives
? Monitoring the execution of plans and driving continuous improvement.
5. Driving DXU Execution, Enterprise-wide Communication, and Operational Embedding
? Proactively communicating key decisions and progress updates to build alignment and a shared understanding across the Digital Transformation Unit (DXU) and business functions.

・Experience leading digital initiatives and transformation programs within an operating company or vendor organization.
・Experience taking a business-driven approach to problem solving and delivering business value through digital initiatives.
・Experience leading end-to-end transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
・Experience leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives in collaboration with multiple functions and external vendors.

・Experience applying leading DX and AI practices and use cases within an organization.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Capability to translate DX and AI strategies into actionable plans, initiatives, and KPIs.
・Knowledge of business demand management, prioritization, investment planning, and resource allocation.

・Understanding of digital technology trends, including AI, data platforms, and cloud technologies, and the ability to translate them into business value.
