We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Marketing Assistant to join the team bringing the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games to life.

Your Impact & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key player in ensuring the commercial success and visual excellence of the Games:
- Asset Management: Oversee pre-event and event marketing materials and assets.
- Sponsorship Rights: Coordinate and implement rights outlined in marketing agreements.
- Visual Operations: Supervise photography, video operations, and staff uniforms.
- On-Site Logistics: Manage the setup of marketing materials and event equipment.
- Budget & Suppliers: Strategic allocation of resources and coordination with external vendors.
- Project Support: Provide day-to-day management support for the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 project.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in marketing, communications, PR, or social media.
- Brand Activations: Hands-on experience with on-site brand activations.
- Languages: High proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel and availability for nationwide mobility within Japan.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience working in sports events is highly preferred.
