仕事内容:
The Embassy of the Lebanese Republic is seeking a qualified, experienced, and trustworthy Cook who is fluent in English to work at the Ambassador’s Official Residence.
* Prepare daily meals for the Ambassador and guests.
* Prepare meals and refreshments for official meetings, receptions, and diplomatic functions.
* Purchase and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Properly store and manage food supplies.
* Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
* Accommodate special dietary requirements when necessary.
* Perform other duties related to the operation of the official residence as assigned.
求める人材:
* Fluent in English
* Previous professional cooking experience is required.
* Experience working in a private residence, diplomatic residence, hotel, or high-end restaurant is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of international cuisine and food preparation.
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
* Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of organization.
* Reliable, punctual, discreet, and trustworthy.
* Good communication skills in English, Arabic or French.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for official functions.
Candidates must currently reside in Japan and hold a valid Japanese Residency Permit.
