We are seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join Sunshine Kids Academy in Tokyo.
We are looking for a warm, reliable teacher who enjoys working with young children and can create a positive, engaging classroom environment.
Our international early-years program incorporates the Cambridge Early Years framework together with play-based, inquiry-based, and hands-on learning.
Experience in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, International Education, or teaching young children in English is welcomed.
━━━ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES | 主な仕事内容 ━━━
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities
- Prepare simple weekly lesson plans and classroom materials
- Support children's English, social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Observe children's progress and provide appropriate individual support
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
- Work together with teaching assistants and other teachers
- Communicate professionally with parents when needed
- Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
