仕事内容:
1. Provide professional clinical nursing services for assisted reproductive patients, including preoperative preparation, postoperative care, medication guidance, vital sign monitoring and daily nursing operations.
2. Assist physicians in fertility examinations, egg retrieval, embryo transfer and other medical procedures, ensuring smooth diagnosis and treatment procedures.
3. Communicate with patients fluently in Japanese & Chinese or Japanese & English, answer inquiries about treatment protocols, nursing precautions and reproductive health, and provide psychological support and health education.
4. Accurately record, sort and manage patient medical files, standardize nursing documents, and cooperate with the medical team to optimize treatment processes.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical staff to complete daily nursing work, abide by medical specifications and institutional management rules, and ensure medical safety and service quality.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Nursing. Hold valid nurse practicing qualification certificate.
2. Fluent in Japanese & Chinese or Japanese & English, capable of independent professional medical oral and written communication.
3. Familiar with clinical nursing standards, master professional knowledge of assisted reproductive nursing, relevant experience is preferred.
4. Possess good communication skills, patience, empathy and teamwork spirit, able to take good care of patients during fertility treatment.
5. Meticulous and responsible working attitude, adaptable to medical working rhythm, compliant with medical industry regulations.

1. 不妊治療患者に対し、術前準備、術後ケア、服薬指導、バイタル測定、日常看護業務など専門的な臨床看護を実施する。
2. 医師の補助として不妊関連検査、採卵、胚移植などの医療処置を行い、診療がスムーズに進行するよう対応する。
