ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a IT support technician, in IT your role will be to install, configure, maintain, and support of end-user systems and equipment (desktops, notebooks, and peripherals).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications, and devices.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.

Set up and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
-
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (device setup, account configuration).

Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

Provide remote and onsite support as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Follow IT security policies and best practices.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS-
Experience with desktops, laptops, and related hardware.

Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
