Requirements
- Fluent spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, history, and major tourist destinations.
- Ability to travel and work throughout Japan.
- Reliable, responsible, and customer-oriented personality.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or tour guiding is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed tour guide (welcome but not required).
- Experience guiding international groups.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience working with European, North American, Indian, or Southeast Asian guests.
勤務時間・曜日:
Working hours are based on tour schedules, typically around 8–10 hours per day, depending on the itinerary. Early departures and late finishes may be required.
休暇・休日:
Days off are arranged according to tour schedules and group operations. Fixed weekends are not guaranteed. Time off may be adjusted during low season.
勤務地:
Work location is based on tour itineraries, mainly in Tokyo, Osaka and surrounding areas (or Kanto/Kansai region). Requires accompanying tour groups.
給与:
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and tour guiding experience. Tour allowances, transportation, and meal subsidies will be provided according to tour arrangements. Details to be discussed further.
