Company Overview
We are making growth to take share from mainly local competitor in industrial market.
Product we are handling is sensor which detect pressure, level, flow, angle to make machine move correctly.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
- Focus on hunt the new customer which create sustainable growth for the team
- Understand the application to achieve ideal motion based on design of customer
- Leverage success application to the other customer
2. Discipline
- Most of the time is make action alone which require own management
- Able to wait 3 years to make result, need to show progress
- Other team member support to make growth, so need to make it action and proved by result
3. Internal and Global Collaboration
- Need to be the translator between Home OpCo and customer
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant global teams
- Customer is Japanese, no need of perfect English skill. Need attitude of learn new things and different culture
Qualifications
1. Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sales
- Engineering knowledge is ideal to have
- Willing to make growth for the team
2. Skills
- Aggressive to make action to take share
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external
- Good self-control and have own strength to take share
3. Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and achieve results
