■ Language Requirements:
・Business-level Japanese is mandatory. You will work alongside Japanese-speaking staff/clients and handle incident reports and safety documentation in Japanese.
・Business-level English is required. This is a bilingual position supporting an international client at a foreign-affiliated data center.

【Main Responsibilities】
1．Entry/Exit & Site Management
・Check-in/check-out access control
・On-site patrol and monitoring via CCTV
・Verification of facility situations and safety protocols
2．Client Relations
・Serve as the front-line liaison for visitors and on-site staff
3．Team Management
・Shift scheduling and team coordination
・Emergency response leadership
・Direct communication and coordination with senior management

【Requirements / Qualifications】
・Japanese: Business level or above (JLPT N2+ equivalent preferred for documentation and client interaction)
・English: Business level or above (fluent communication with foreign-affiliated clients)
・Visa Status: Valid residence card with No Restrictions on Work Activities
・No prior security experience required—comprehensive on-the-job training provided!
勤務時間・曜日:
Day shift 8:00–20:00
Night shift 20:00–8:00
(2-shift rotation, 10 hours worked, 2-hour break)
