• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value and profitability
Technical Promotion & Support:
• Promote pharmaceutical excipients through technical discussions, product training, and customer support
• Represent Caldic at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to support business strategy
Reporting & Collaboration
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights
• Work closely with internal commercial, regulatory, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution
