JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Bar operations
- Support staff training, development, and team management initiatives
- Deliver exceptional guest service and drive guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage operational performance, including revenue, quality, and hygiene standards
- Assist the Manager with daily operations, reporting, and administrative duties
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Provide service and communication support to both domestic and international guests in English and Japanese

- 売上管理、品質管理、衛生管理などのオペレーション管理業務
- マネージャーのアシスト業務およびレポーティング
- 他部署との連携による円滑なホテル運営の推進
- 英語・日本語を使用した国内外ゲストへの対応
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of work experience in Food and Beverage department
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Experience working in a luxury hotel
- Preferred: Team management experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Other: Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills
