[Core Responsibilities]
● Set the design vision and quality bar as a player-coach — hands-on where it matters, while building the standards and rituals that make the whole team better.
● Own the design system, the hiring bar, and the growth of every designer, including a clear IC / Principal path.
● Champion Trust UX as the design language for tripla's AI products.
● Build an AI-native design practice — re-engineer the design process itself with AI: compress the research→prototype→spec cycle, automate repetitive craft and handoff, and set the team's standards for where AI accelerates and where human judgment must stay in the loop.
● Lead discovery from the front. Japanese-language execution (UI copy, domestic customer research) is owned by Japanese-speaking designers on the team; you partner with them so no signal is lost in translation.

【Must-haves】
● 8+ years in product / UX design, with 3+ leading or mentoring designers
● Proven ability to raise a team's craft bar and build/scale design systems and process
● Product thinking: design tied to outcomes and metrics, not just visuals
● AI-native mindset: designing for AI / agentic products
● English fluency; able to partner as an equal with PM and Engineering leadership (Japanese not required)
● Player-coach: comfortable being both hands-on and an organization-builder

[The Role]
Director of Designは、triplaの全プロダクトスイートにおけるデザイン品質と組織づくりを担い、CPOに直属します。Demand GenerationとRevenue Engineの両プロダクトグループに対して共通のデザイン機能として機能します。担当領域はCraft（品質基準の設定）、System & process（デザインシステムと連携プロセスの構築）、Trust UX for AI（信頼設計言語の策定）の3つです。
