As a Presales Consultant – DWP, you will partner with Account Managers/Delivery team to help customers understand, design, and adopt Microsoft’s Modern Workplace solutions. You will translate business challenges into technical solutions, create architectural designs, and deliver workshops and demonstrations. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer success, business growth, and the advancement of secure digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Create architecture and solution designs that clearly map customer business requirements to Microsoft 365 technologies.

Design and implement Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong focus on modern workplace, security, and collaboration.

Provide deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory (Identity & Access Management) and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management).

Guide customers on implementing Zero Trust principles to protect identities, devices, apps, data, and infrastructure.

Differentiate Microsoft solutions from competitors, addressing objections and aligning technical value to business outcomes.

Work closely with Microsoft account teams, partners, and technical specialists to drive co-selling motions.

Collaborate with global team members to gather information and localize them into Japan market.

Stay current with rapid developments in cloud, mobility, and security technologies.
What we need to see from you:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Japan, with professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) and English communication skills appropriate to the requirements of the role.

Experience in solution architecture or delivering IT solutions, with a focus on modern workplace and cloud technologies.

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and build trust with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Experience conducting customer demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution value.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solution design and delivery in customer-facing roles such as consultant, delivery engineer, or technical lead.

Strong experience with cloud transformations, including on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations (e.g., Google Workspace to Microsoft 365).

Experience designing and delivering public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions aligned to business requirements.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and exposure to Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S).
