Responsibilities 职责:
- Lead productivity improvement and operational excellence initiatives to improve Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement, and Cost competitiveness.

Provide technical leadership and direction for manufacturing processes, process optimization, and problem-solving activities.

Lead, coach, and develop the Technology team to build organizational capability and employee engagement.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable business results.

Leverage global manufacturing and technology networks to share and implement best practices across sites.

Develop and execute capital project plans and drive process safety improvement initiatives.
Qualifications 要求:
Skills and Knowledge Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience with a proven track record in productivity improvement and operational excellence.

Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, engage, and drive change across a manufacturing organization.

Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving sustainable business results.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process safety principles, and operational risk management
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in polymer, plastics, compounding, chemical, or materials manufacturing.

Experience supporting automotive industry customers or manufacturing automotive-related products.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
