- Formulate and promote strategies for customer-facing projects
- Promote/launch of important company-wide projects
- Reporting to management and KPI management
- Promotion of technology introduction with new feature development
- Early detection of risks and implementation of countermeasures

- At least 5 years of PM experience in IT or consulting companies (including development)
- Graduated from a 4-year university
Required Skills and Experience
- Project/Interest Coordination/Document Creation/Problem Solving/Analytical Skills
- Understanding the structure of IT systems and making proposals from a holistic perspective
- Strategic thinking and execution skills to achieve goals
- English: Business level; Japanese: Fluent level
- Word / Excel / PowerPoint (advanced)
- Experience in using project management tools
- Basic knowledge of API/DB/cloud
- Understanding of the entire development process
Welcome Skills and Experience
- PM qualification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and BI tools
- Experience in SaaS or travel/hotel industry
